I'm 5'9 and a size 10/12 with a 36DD chest. This dress fit me perfectly so it has ZERO alterations and a corset belt built in. I wore a black bra and you could not see through the dress. There is a very small train on it with a wrist band under the skirt to hold while you walk, if you choose to do so.
