The dress has a bustle, I'm 5'0 and 107lbs, I'm a 32b and I wore 3 inch heels and it was perfect floor length. The back of the dress has a sheer part on the top.There are no stains, tips or tears, and does need to be cleaned. It has been stored in a garment bag.
