Wtoo Selena 14430 Open-back unclassified dresses

BRAND NEW! No altererations made. Dress is tagged as a size 12, I was told it could be altered down to a zero and up to a 16. I just changed my mind, gorgeous dress!  Flowers are in place and can be removed/cleaned.
